Part A — Tarot Readings & Consultations

1. Nature of Services

Tarot readings and spiritual consultations provided by Luke Woolston are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual guidance purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should always consult a qualified professional for matters relating to health, law, finance, or mental wellbeing.

2. No Guarantees

Readings are based on interpretation and intuition. No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading. The future is not fixed, and readings reflect potential trajectories based on current energies and circumstances.

3. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on a reading. Luke Woolston accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the interpretation or application of information provided during a session.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a reading. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made through the booking system on this website. Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). A booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

6. Payment Request Links

Where a reading has been arranged directly with Luke (via WhatsApp, phone, or email), a payment link may be sent to confirm the appointment. Payment links expire 48 hours after creation. A booking made via payment link is not confirmed until payment is received. If a link expires, please contact Luke to arrange a new one.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Luke Woolston reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment, in which case a full refund will be provided.

8. Confidentiality

All readings are treated as confidential. The content of your reading will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Luke Woolston reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason. This includes the right to end a reading in progress if the reader feels it is appropriate to do so. In such cases, a refund may be offered at the reader's discretion.

Part B — Shop & Products

10. Product Descriptions

Every effort is made to describe and display products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between the product images and the physical item. Hand-made and hand-finished items are unique by nature — minor variations are part of their character and are not considered defects.

11. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase. An order is not confirmed until payment is received. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

12. Stock and Availability

Items displayed as “Available” are believed to be in stock at the time of listing. In the rare event that an item is unavailable after purchase, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund.

13. Shipping (Physical Products)

Physical products are shipped within Australia via Australia Post. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated per item and displayed at checkout. Luke Woolston is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please get in touch.

14. Digital Products

Digital products (PDFs, guides, workbooks) are delivered via email to the address provided at purchase. Delivery is typically within minutes of payment. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without prior written consent.

15. Returns and Refunds (Physical Products)

If a physical product arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be covered by Luke Woolston. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the buyer's expense.

16. Refunds (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available for digital products once they have been delivered, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Part C — Enchantments (Gift Cards)

17. Purchase and Delivery

Enchantments (gift cards) are delivered via email to the recipient at the email address provided by the purchaser. The recipient will receive a unique redemption code. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the recipient's email address is correct.

18. Redemption

Enchantments can be redeemed at checkout when booking a reading or purchasing from the shop. Amount-based enchantments may be applied to any reading service or shop product. Service-based enchantments are valid only for the specific reading type stated. If the enchantment value exceeds the order total, the remaining balance is retained for future use. Enchantments are not redeemable for cash.

19. Expiry

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, enchantments do not expire. Your enchantment code will remain valid indefinitely.

20. Refunds

Enchantments that have not been redeemed (in full or in part) may be refunded to the original purchaser upon request. Partially redeemed enchantments are not eligible for refund. Please contact us to request a refund.
